About the Chef
My culinary journey began when I was very young, growing up as a part of a large family. I was drawn to making Italian classics with my dad, his red sauce recipe drawing ooh’s and ahh’s from friends as I left home and recreated the dish on Sundays.
I got my first job as a dishwasher in a fine dining restaurant and was hooked from there. I quickly worked my way through the kitchen line positions and ultimately was tasked with creating dessert items for our ever-changing menu. That expression of creativity is something I have been looking for in a career ever since.
I’ve been a part of opening ultra-luxury fine dining restaurants as a server, a private dining captain, a manager, I’ve held just about every position you can in the industry. I want to be able to share my journey and food with everyone I can.
